Appointments: We operate on an appointment basis. To secure your spot, a non-refundable deposit is required.

Consultations: Consultations are encouraged for discussing your tattoo ideas, design, and placement. They can be scheduled in person or virtually.

Age Requirements: Clients must be 18 years or older to get a tattoo. Valid photo identification is required.

Health and Safety: We adhere to strict hygiene and sanitation standards. If you're feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment.

Alcohol and Drugs: The consumption of alcohol or drugs before your appointment is strictly prohibited.

Guests: We kindly ask that you limit the number of guests accompanying you during your tattoo session

Respect: We maintain a respectful and inclusive environment. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. Please provide at least 48 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

Tattoo Aftercare Instructions

Tattoos will take 2-4 weeks to heal. Let your skin do the job.

1. Seran Wrap:  Take it off within 2 hours
   Saniderm: You can leave it up to 5 days. You might see liquids inside the derm, which is completely normal. We suggest you take off the saniderm under running water since it is very sticky, so please peel gently.

2. Do not re-bandage

3. Once you remove your bandage, gently rinse off the tattooed area with water and unscented soap.

4. dry the tattooed area and apply a thin layer of unscented lotion twice a day for 2-4 weeks. we recommend Lubriderm, Aveeno, or Vitamin E cream. if you are going to be outside in the Sun; it is very important to apply sunscreen.

5. After a few days you may notice itchiness, peeling and scabbing on your tattoo. DO NOT scratch or pick at your tattoo, simply apply more lotion if it gets too itchy or too dry. 

Things to avoid in the first 2 weeks:

1. Avoid submerging under water (swimming, bathing, etc.)

2. Avoid direct sunlight 

3. Avoid working out or excessive sweating

4. Avoid wearing anything that might cause a lot of friction to your tattoo

5. Never scratch your tattoo, let the scabs fall off naturally

TIPS: Take care of your skin, use sunscreen and keep moisturizing after your tattoo is fully healed. Your tattoo will age well on healthy skin.

Touch-ups: If needed, touch-ups within a reasonable timeframe are complimentary. Follow-up appointments can be scheduled.
